Three of my teammates on the trail. Really, really on the trail.
This day was a ridiculously relaxed work day. So here is "Peter" on the trail.
After a long day at work, we pampered up and got ready for
Here is Callaghan, throwing a "stop-sign" that we use when ground guiding vehicles. She likes to throw this whenever she feels my actions, or far more often, my words, need stopping. As you can see, we get along just fine.
Well it's been an interesting first month, and quite honestly I don't really know what to think. It has been such a continuous event, that I have not had the time to really sit down and think about it all that much. It has been interesting seeing how my role in the team has developed, and I'm hoping that later on throughout the year my almost entirely consistent (minus the mornings) upbeat attitude has a truly positive effect on those around me. As of yet, my desire for unceasing conversation has not necessarily been seen as the greatest attribute by those around me, and working with that is proving interesting if nothing else.
I love my team, project, location, TL, etc. & all that still holds true, but..
I miss adults, I miss conversation, I miss opinions, I miss debate, I miss you (truly).
